I ever used PageBuilder and Hero Widget on my websites, but now when I add a Hero Image I just can’t change it’s background. The options doesn’t show up, if I try any prebuilt design the image will show up, but I can’t change it.

I suspect you’re mistakenly adding it to the widget styles rather than the hero frames. Please open up your hero widget, and then expand the hero frame.
Then go down to the background settings and expand that if it’s not already. Input a URL to your image or select a local one.

It seems to be a bug. I updated to 4.5 and can add any widget except the Hero. Tried existing pages with Hero videos and made new ones and once you add it, you get the SiteOrigin spinning wheel.
