Can’t activate Page Builder by SiteOrigin

Saw a different post with the same problem. I’ve purchased this theme: https://piperthemes.com/wordpress-themes/news-viral-pro/

I can’t activate Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

I get this error:

Thanks for posting your question.
Please, try deleting and re-installing Page Builder, it’s possible the installation was incomplete.

I tried to post that I got it to work, exactly like that, by deleting and reinstalling.
