Cant access Visual Tab in edit page mode

I was given a temp link for our website, this morning our website was transferred to the normal wp-admin link and now I cant access the tab – visual.

I queried this with crazy domains as they did the transfer for me.
And they have found this error – Tried to use debugger to look at errors and shows that the PageBuilder [which is integrated by TinyMice] you are using has some errors.

Please can someone advice as what I can do so i can edit and update my website again via the visual tab.

    Can you please send me a screenshot of the errors they’re/you’re referring too? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload it to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
