Very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been having. With that said, it’s quite odd that this issue is occurring for you now as the last Vantage update was on the 7th December 2016 (there hasn’t been one in 2017 yet). Are you sure Vantage is causing this issue?
Please note that if you need assistance with FTP I would recommend contacting your hosting provider.
Regardless, to regain access you’ll need to temporarily disable the theme. To do this you’ll need to connect to your website using FTP and navigate to your WordPress directory, then wp-content/themes and rename the vantage directory to something else – it doesn’t matter what. Once you’ve done that, the frontend of your website will be unusable but you wp-admin will be accessible so directly go to your.website/wp-admin/ and not the frontend.
Once you’ve done that, please navigate to AppearanceThemes and click Add New and search for and install Vantage again. Once installed, does this issue occur again? If so, have you made any adjustments to Vantage?
