Cannot upload photos and logo

I got the Premium account and I tried to upload photos and the logo but this message appears ”The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2015/10”.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    Let’s start with your logo at Appearance > Theme Settings > Logo.

    1. Try going to Plugins and de-activating all plugins not made by SiteOrigin.
    2. Re-test the logo upload, is there any change?
