Cannot update pages if SiteOrigin plugin is active after WP update

9 years ago · Last reply by Giuseppe D'Agostino 9 years ago

Hello,
apologies for my double posting, it’s the first time I use this forum and did not read the disclaimer.
I have just updated WordPress to the newest version (4.5.2) and I am running Create Theme by ThemTrust.
As another user previously reported, I am not able to see an update to a page even though it is still visible in the wp-admin page editor.
However, if I disable the SiteOrigin PageBuilder Plugin (Version 10.2.2.2) I can see the changes, albeit the formatting is gone.
I have deleted the cache and checked on other browsers, the problem is still the same.
Would you be able to use a temporary admin account to look at the problem?
Thank you in advance.

    Hi Giuseppe,

Theme Trust runs a fork (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder so we’re unable to help you due to the version differences. We recommend contacting Theme Trust directly. I’ve heard that Theme Trust has a fix out for this so I would definitely recommend contacting them about this issue.
