Cannot update menus / header on Vantage theme

Hello

I’m hoping somebody can assist with an issue I’m having with a new website I’m building on Vantage.

I’ve made changes to the layout of the menus / header in Customising ▸ Theme Settings ▸ Layout and selected ‘logo in menu’. I can see the new layout when I’m working on it however when I go to view the page I get the default header which is a white masthead with a black menu bar below it.

My site is now live yet although I’m happy to publish it for a little while if that helps. I’m using Seedprod Coming Soon plugin but I’ve disabled that and it doesn’t make a difference.

Would appreciate if somebody has any suggestions.

    Hi Malene

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The most common cause of missing changes is caching. Are you perhaps using a caching plugin? If so, perhaps try clearing it.

    If the above doesn’t help, please share a link to your site.

    Thanks for your reply. I’m not using a caching plugin.

    I’ve just published the site which is https://jillrussellpsychologist.com.au although it’s not ready at all.

    As you can see the menu is underneath the masthead although I’ve selected ‘logo in menu’ and no logo is showing. I’ve also tried to get the logo artwork to show up as the background of the masthead but for whatever reason none of these changes show up.

    Please, could you take a screenshot of your Customizer settings for the header layout and upload to imgur.com or Dropbox.com or Drive and send us a link so we can take a look?

    Hi Andrew

    Thanks for getting back to me again. It was a very simple issue in the end – somehow I had managed to switch the settings so changes were saved in draft rather than publishing. I’ve not used Vantage before so I assumed it was something to do with the theme.
