Today I have been unable to set the background color in the rows or widgets. This has never happened before. When I click “background color” it does nothing. I have tried putting in new rows and widgets but it does the same thing. This puts me in a stand still building my website. I do not understand why such a simple thing has to all of a sudden quit working. Also, there should be one on one support for the plugin developer to fix these things. No one is going to go premium when you have to go to these forums and wait forever or just not get any answers at all ever. This is one main reason I will not go premium. Things need to work right all of the time or get fixed immediately and have an avenue to communicate directly with the developer so it can be fixed. When I appropriate time to work on a website and this happens it is aggravating. If this keeps happening I will just have to learn to rely on the guttenburg block editor and css te achieve what I want.

Please, try seeking a working baseline by temporarily deactivating all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. In that state, does the issue resolve?
