cannot save order number in general settings

hello
I’ve order the VANTAGE Premium theme and I wand to customize.

but I cannot save the order Number in the field “order code”

how can I do ?

    If you’re still running Vantage Free, please head to Appearance > Vantage Premium and click Already Paid? top right to upgrade. If you’ve upgraded manually and are now looking to insert your order number under Settings > General, please let me know what’s going wrong. Our SiteOrigin Order Number field can be located at the bottom of that page. Please let me know what error you’re receiving there.

    If you’d like to double-check you’re using the correct order number you can retrieve your order number here: https://siteorigin.com/orders/, using your PayPal email address.

    thanks for your answer.
    I’ve checked the order number and it is correct.

    I’ve upgraded manually and am now looking to insert the order number under Settings > General

    When I write it in the Order Number field, and make “record” or “save” with the button left at the bottom, the number disappears and nothing is recorded.
    Then I can’t modify the settings of the theme and unlock it.
    I would like some lights to solve the problems…

    Thanks for the extra feedback. If you upgraded manually using the ZIP file which you downloaded via the link in your order email then you should have all the premium features. The order number in this case will just be to ensure you get updates as they are released from our side.

    Please can you send through a set of temporary login details and your url through to [email protected] and I’ll take a look ASAP. Please send one email from yourself and include a link to this thread in that mail so I can refer back here and reference the case.
