Cannot Load Page on Mobile with Google Form Embedded

Using the Vantage Theme

Have two pages on site (hamsforfams.com) that have embedded google forms.

Seem to work fine in Chrome and Safari on desktop.

But on my iPhone, I get the following error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data01/23/3267423/html/wp-content/themes/vantage/functions.php:2) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data01/23/3267423/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1171

I was getting this error on the entire site after I tried to edit the functions.php file. I was able to get my hosting provider to reupload the original functions.php file, which removed this error from ALL pages, allowed me to get back into my site and continue editing.

Now I’m just getting it on these two page via mobile:

http://hamsforfams.com/volunteer/

Can you provide a solution???

    Hi Tom,

    Did you manage to resolve this issue? I’m unable to replicate it. I suspect the issue stems from a cache type plugin, or server caching as for obvious reasons if the change you made isn’t present it shouldn’t affect pages anymore.

    For reference, what did you add / change in the functions.php file?
