Cannot enter my Premium code

Hello guys,

I have a Premium code that I want to use on my new site. But when I go to Theme settings > Premium I cannot enter it there…I see only Find out more and that’s it.

    Hi Andy

    Thanks for posting your question. Assuming that you’re asking about Vantage Premium and not about SiteOrigin Premium plugin, please, see below:

    Vantage Premium is on another branch. You’ll need to manually install the premium version. The download link for the ZIP file is in your original order email. If you need to retrieve that order email you can do so using this form: Page: Retrieve Your Theme Order Numbers. Once you have the ZIP file on your desktop go to AppearanceThemes, switch to any other theme and then delete Vantage by hovering over the theme screenshot, click Theme Details and then Delete bottom right. Finally, install the ZIP from AppearanceThemesAdd NewUpload Theme. The premium order number field should then be available in the Customizer.

    Thank you for your reply!

    So the latest Vantage Premium version 2.5.4 will remain without updates and the only way is to buy a SiteOrigin Premium subscription?

    Sure :) We’ll continue to support and update Vantage Premium. We’ll periodically merge updates from the 1.x.x branch into the 2.x.x branch.

      Probably will give it a try and purchase a SiteOrigin Premium License for one of my sites.
