Hello,
This issue appeared yesterday after updating to the last version of SiteOrigin page Builder.
I can create pages, but cannot edit them after creating them. I can work on them as long as I do not close the editing, while on it, I can continue creating the page, but if I close the editing and then open the page again and try to edit it, I won´t load, the loading icon keeps showing and never load the page to edit.
This happend in both local and website. I was working first locally and it happend, so I tried to fix this issue by deactivating all the plugins except for the SiteOrigin Page Builder, I then installed the SiteOrigin Corp theme. After that, I installed the SiteOrigin Page builder on a new website on an internet server and I have the same issue there.
In summary, I can say it is not an issue of plugin conflict or theme. ¿What else could it be?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi, thanks for getting in touch. The SiteOrigin Layout Block preview issue will be corrected in the next Page Builder update. If you click the Layout Block and then the pencil icon to change to Edit mode, the block will function normally; it’s just the preview that has run into an issue.
Hi again. Alex at SiteOrigin has resolved the issue and an update for Page Builder has been released. If any follow-up queries arise, please let us know.
Cheers, Andrew
Hi Alex,
Thank you very much for your fast response, however a new issue arrised,
now, the columns of a row are not presented beside each other, but below the first one.
I send you 2 images. Before the update, this was working fine.
Hi, in the preview or on the live site?
I send you 2 images. Before the update, this was working fine.
The forum doesn’t accept uploads but you can upload images to any online location and share the link.
Sure, thank you for the notice.
Here is the design: https://sitiosweb.com.sv/2-columns.png
And here is the result: https://sitiosweb.com.sv/1-column.png
I have also notice that, when you nested a SO constructor inside a column,
the result got messed up. I checked on a page I already had it and now it is totally messed up.
In the live site.
After checked in the live site, I updated the plugin in the local site, and many pages got messed up.
Is the issue on the site front-end or the preview?
Ok, thanks, please send a link.
Site front end
Thanks, I see the issue. We’ll have to roll back the stable tag to the previous release for the next 12 hours or so. WPRollback is an easy way to rolback. Apologies for the hassle:

Thank you very much
Hi, one or two replies came in after I replied. I was asking for live link to the page concerned but after that I was able to recreate the issue. Thanks for letting us know. This release went through several hours of testing; apologies.
No worries,
Thank you for all the feedback.
Thanks for your understanding and quick feedback. The stable tag has been rolled back to the previous version. Alex will resolve this issue and release 2.29.15 as soon as possible.
Hi, I hope you’re having a good Friday. The Widgets Bundle release is out. We need to wait 12-24 hours for that to be installed before we release the Page Builder update. If you’ve installed the Widgets Bundle release, you’re welcome to install the Page Builder update now:

Once the ZIP file is on your desktop, head over to PluginsAdd NewUpload Plugin. The Block Editor SiteOrigin, Layout Block preview, should load normally. If you have a moment to take a look and let us know if anything comes up, that would be great.
Hi Andrew,
Thank you very much. I will download it and will try it next week.
Have a nice day.
Thanks, you too! Chat then :)
