Cannot Edit Site Origin Hero, Headline, Editor

Hello SiteOrigin Staff,

My name is Kaitlin Armstrong and I am working with Amy Zawislak with SORA Products. We have been trying to make some updates to our website since an older employee has moved on who created the website and we cannot edit previously created headlines or items on different pages. Every time we click the headline or editor or hero, we get a white screen that has the date and time at the top left corner.

How can we both edit these created items as well as create new ones?
