Cannot edit footer anymore for some reason… Vantage Premium

recently, the footer section for edit is missing. I am not sure what happened but the bottom of the page, where I had the closing info for the site including contact info, social icons, internal menu directory, and translation widgets, simply can no longer even find the place to edit this.

This is happening on 3 websites I built with Site Origin and Vantage theme. I know some things have changed, some moved, but for the life of me cannot find it. as an example, here is the homepage – www.elopeincostarica.com so the entire bottom section, dark red background with the widgets I mentioned above, I cannot find the area to edit that. I thought that is was simply going to the home page and editing there but that section does not even show up in the builder.
