Hi – I just paid for the upgrade to Vantage Premium and now cannot customize the theme. I went through the suggested plug-in deactivation test, one by one, then all at once, and tried Twenty Fourteen as a test theme, and that still didn’t fix the issue.
When I switched back to Vantage Premium, I got this error message and found that four of my plugins weren’t activated and now can’t be:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SiteOrigin_Panels_Widgets_PostLoop in /home/sarahlo9/public_html/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/widgets/basic.php on line 429
The plugins that won’t reactivate, in the order they appear on my Plugins page, are:
• Page Builder by SiteOrigin
• Simple Custom CSS
• SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
• WordPress SEO
In addition to losing all the widgets I had on my site, I still cannot customize the theme’s appearance. Any further tips, especially since two of the four plugins are suggested for the Vantage theme from SiteOrigin?
Please note that I have not customized the CSS or edited the theme code in any way.
Thanks!

Hi Benny
Please try activating Page Builder first and then activate your other plugins in bulk after that.

I have the exctly the same error.
Hi – I just paid for the upgrade to Vantage Premium and now cannot customize the theme. I went through the suggested plug-in deactivation test, one by one, then all at once, and tried Twenty Fourteen as a test theme, and that still didn’t fix the issue.
In my case, when I try to customize it appears:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Customize_Manager::add_panel() in E:\Home\site1381240631\Web\wp-content\themes\vantage\premium\extras\customizer\customizer.php on line 405
It start to happen when just after I update the theme.
It was Solved?
Thanks
