cannot control column width; modules are too skinny

please help – been struggling with this for hours.

i have 3 columns, i want them to be wider. maybe 400 pixels width wide each. how do i extend the width of the columns, or even the whole row? i have tried a LOT of things…. really disappointed this isn’t easier.

    Hi Drew,

    Columns are really meant to be fluid hence why setting the width isn’t really an option. Based on the widths, it looks like you’re desire is to make the columns fill the page. As such, you can do this by opening up the intended row by clicking the wrench above that row and then head over to the row styles sidebar. Then open the layout group and set the row layout to full width (full available width in container), or full width stretched (full page).

    Hopefully this makes sense.
