Cannot change the dimensions of Meta Slider

Hi,

I set up my Vantage website on a Demosite (http://www.creativedesignandprint.ie/slaney_Demosite/) and then I copied it to a Live site (http://slaneyglass.com).

The META SLIDER is not working correctly on the Live site. In the WP Admin, I cannot change the dimensions of the Slider. Also, I cannot change the Name of the Slider.

I have tried removing the Meta Slider Plugin and re-installing but the same problem remains.

Can you let me know how to resolve this problem? Thanks.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    What happens when you edit your Meta Slider dimensions and click save?

    Hi Andrew – After entering the dimensions, I click SAVE and exit. Then when I return again, the old dimensions appear.

    Thanks for the feedback. Please can you check if this happens when you create a new slider. It’s possible there is a permissions issue relating to the move. If the issue resolves with a new slider then one option would be to re-create your main slider, just with a different name.

    Thanks Andrew – problem sorted. I created a new Slider & deleted the old Slider and it worked.
