Hello!

I’m using Vantage Premium on this site:
www.moser-beton.at

In every normal browser everything works fine, just in IE there is a problem.

If a site, where the Responsive Photo Gallery Plugin is in use, is loaded, the site freezes and this error message appears in the developer tools:
cannot call methods on isotope prior to initialization; attempted to call method ‘reLayout’

Can anybody tell me a solution for this?

    Hi Paul Kobencic

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    Hey Andrew

    I disabled every plugin except the Page Builder and the Gallery. Further I cleared all caches and cookies.
    Nothing helped, the problem is still the same and the site freezes…

    Any other suggestions?

    Disabling Responsive Photo Gallery Plugin helps perfectly. Maybe you could tell me an alternative Gallery Plugin with the same functionality?

    Thanks for the feedback. I haven’t used this plugin so I’m not sure about an exact replacement. For galleries I usually like to use:

    Jetpack Tiled Galleries:

    Jetpack Carousel:
    http://jetpack.me/support/carousel/

    Perhaps check out that combination and let us know if that helps.
