can not set categories for blog listings

hello

i can not set categories for blog listings

for example if i choose the “Recent Portfolio on Grid, Tile and Masonry” widget (or any blog widget), choose a category and save. it does not save the category chosen. and allways show “all categories”

why is this ?

    Hi Ricky,

    Unfortunately, we’re not familiar with the stated widgets. To rule out an issue with a third party widget, does this issue occur with the Post Loop widget?
