hello, I have a problem with page builder recently.
when i create a new article on page builder, everything works fine except when i want to preview my article, the page builder layout is not supported. I tried to publish an article in page builder, but when I click on “publish”, the page loads then the article goes back to “text” mode and the page builder is not supported.
however, old article builds with page builder still work correctly
I did a wordpress update recently but I do not know if this is related.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
If that doesn’t help, can you please show me a screenshot of what you see when this issue occurs? Please note that we’re unable to process attachments at this time so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party Imgur or vgy.me.
