Can not close plugin info

7 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 7 years ago

Hi,

After updating the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle I get a very large update message in the wordpress dashboard, which I can not close.
So on every page in the admin I see your plugin update message which takes up the full page, see screenshot:

How can I close that, because it’s very enoying…

Kind regards,

Arno

    Hi Arno

Sorry for the hassle, we’re investigating. Is the notification box removed if you navigate to another page or part of the WordPress admin?

    Hi Andrew,

It’s on every page in the WordPress Admin. I also tried to deactive and activate the plugin.
And I always have the same green notification box for the activation for this plugin. (but I never bother to mention this, because it was a small notification, but the whole screen is another story)

For both notifications I don’t have a close button like I have for other notifications.
    Hope you can fix this.

    Kind regards,

    Arno

Sorry about this. We’re currently unable to recreate the issue. Please, can you try running a quick plugin conflict test? If you temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin, does the problem persist?
