Can I call a SiteOrigin Button with html?

Title pretty much says it.

I would like ttp put a button, in a style that I know I can do with the SiteOrigin Button widget, into a slide in MetaSlider pro. Since I can edit the source of a slide that seems like a possible route.

    Unfortunately not. The Button is in the form of a widget so it needs a widget area to operate within. You could try using something like this:

    Place your Custom CSS in the field at Appearance > Custom CSS.

    Hopefully that helps a little.
