    Hi Lee

That’ll need to start from the service provider side of things. Each will then have their own way of adding a widget or custom functionality to WordPress. So the first question you’d need to answer is who is my provider for this? For example Desk.com offers this: https://www.desk.com/apps/livechat or you could look for a plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=live+chat.

    Hi Andrew

When you say service provider, does that mean who does my hosting?

    I think I will look at Boldchat.com

Super, glad you found a route. By service provider I meant a specialist chat service or a help desk company like Desk.com that offers live chat as a addon.

    All the best.
