Can add widgets in Create

Hi,
I’m using Page Builder with the Create theme. When I go to add the Create Portfolio widget (or ANY widget) to the page nothing happens. I click them to add and… nothing.
I can’t add widgets, or rows or anything. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
