Call-to-action not editable

5 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 5 years ago

Hi guys,

I can’t edit any of the SiteOrigin call to action widgets on my website. And if I duplicate the widget and want to move it, I get an error there as well, There seems to be an admin.ajax error only with this plugin – the rest of them are working fine.

I see the following errors when I click on Inspect Code on the error page:

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for chrome-extension://fheoggkfdfchfphceeifdbepaooicaho/sourceMap/chrome/iframe_handler.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME
DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for chrome-extension://fheoggkfdfchfphceeifdbepaooicaho/sourceMap/chrome/content.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

Could you help, please?

Thanks!
Shinjini

    Hi Shinjini

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please, try checking for a working baseline by temporarily deactivating all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. Does the issue persist in this state? If so, also switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. To confirm, you’ll then have Twenty Nineteen activated and only SiteOrigin plugins activated, no other plugins. In that state does the issue persist?
