Hello there,
I am writing regarding an ongoing issue where some pages using the SiteOrigin page-builder have their layouts ruined with certain elements not showing as well as other issues.
I am able to get the layouts back to their original design when I empty the cache (W3 Plugin) of the website.
I am hoping someone can provide me clarity as to why this is happening and whether there is a way to avoid this in the future.
Thank you.
Hi Brook,
This happens when the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle regenders its cache (saving the page, general expiration after 7 days, etc) and the cache plugin you’re using hasn’t regenerated its cache at the same time. I’ve used WP Super Cache quite a bit and I haven’t run into this specific issue before. Have you modified any of the settings related to when it clears its cache?
Hello Alex,
Thank you for the reply.
I am not familiar with any changes though I am using W3 Cache.
How can I ensure that the cache is all in sync.
Thanks again.
Hi Brook,
Your best bet would be to restore the default settings of W3 Total Cache and then avoid adjusting any duration related setting.
OK.
I will try this and see if it fixes the issue.
Thank you.
