Cacheing Issue

Using Page Builder by Site Origin. Updated to latest version. Make changes in WP site/editor – press update. Editor shows the correct content. Live web page does not. Deactivating plugin allows correct content to show up in live site but breaks the formatting. We have purged cache. What can we do?
