Cache Error in Ig feed connected to SiteOrigin Widgets, Social Media Buttons

I use the Instagram Feed plug in (https://www.primaledgehealth.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php) and am currently getting the error copied below:

Cache Error: Looking for cache that doesn’t exist. Now using a backup feed.
This error is only visible to WordPress admins.

If you are using a caching plugin, try enabling the option on the Customize tab ‘Cache error API recheck’ or ‘Force cache to clear on interval’

I had my tech guy take a look and he says:

“”I don’t see any cache plugins. The error appears to be from SiteOrigin Widgets, Social Media Buttons. I cant see any setting, or find the location they are referencing””

Can you help?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

I don’t recognize the error mentioned as being from a SiteOrigin plugin. Can you perhaps send specifics of the error? How was the error tied to a SiteOrigin plugin, if we could see those specifics, I’m sure it would be helpful? Thanks.
