Button (PB) Template Not Found, Change it, Backgrounds disappear

Someone mentioned that one of the buttons on our site said “Template not found”. I take a look and come to find that all the buttons are missing from the site all saying “Template not found” I go into pagebuilder then change the color of the button, that seems to bring it back but then magically, the background images in the rows on that same page are deleted. What is going on?
