Button in Cta Widget rectangular after last update

3 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 3 years ago

“Rounding” has replaced former button shaping.

The “normal” button widget inherits the shape as is was before.

Not so with the CTA button: now any change to the button leaves a rectangular shape.
Only the first value of the 4 x 2 settings is inherited. The others occur as default / zero.

    Hi AE

    Thanks for getting in touch.

At the moment, I’m unable to replicate the issue. Do you perhaps have a performance or optimization plugin that combines CSS styles?

    Hi Andrew,

yes, I am using a plugin that consolidates CSS as well as JS.

Nevertheless I found in the backend that rounding looks like this:

The outcome then would look like this:

(I had to fake both pictures since I put quite some efforts into getting things straight again.

I was not able to find “real” ones, but others might find on their site)

The change happened only for CTA buttons and only after I changed parts of the CTA widget.

    Regards from Kronberg

    Hi Andreas

Thanks for keeping us updated. The forum, unfortunately, doesn’t support media attachments at the moment. I’m glad to hear you’ve recovered from the situation. If the issue arises again, please, let us know. I’ll try to recreate the problem on another site this afternoon; we’ll also be on the lookout for the problem arising with other users.
