Bunch of missing widgets in prebuilt forms

Ever time I load a prebuilt page it shows up with a bunch of “missing widgets” – I have the widget pack plugin all set up. Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out.
Try checking that one of the missing widgets is activated by going to PluginsSiteOrigin Widgets and searching for that widget. Is it activated?
