    Hi Antoine,

That’s odd. To clarify, are you sure your data isn’t saving? I ask as that message may be showing in error. If you are, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

I updated again, with latest version, builder load, but I can’t update Editor Widget content. If I put a simple Text widget, I can work with it.

    Hi Antoine,

To clarify, did you run the plugin conflict test?

  4. antoine-cui 8 years, 4 months ago

    No… How can I do that ?

    Hi Antoine,

The instructions outlined in my first reply outline how to do the plugin conflict test.

Ho sorry, I did that… There were a conflict with Yoast SEO, after an update, builder works again, but SO Text Editor with TinyMCE didn’t work…

    Hi Antoine,

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi Antoine,

It appears as though there’s a general issue with one of your WordPress file. Please do a backup and then navigate to WP AdminDashboardUpdates. Click Re-install Now.

Hm. Actually, it actually looks like your server is running js files as PHP files. If the above instructions don’t host I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for assistance with this as the js files shouldn’t be processed server side.
