Bug with Gravity Forms

8 years ago · Last reply by healthconnection 8 years ago

Thanks for all your work with the most useful WP plugin ever; just letting you know about a bug with Gravity Forms (I also let them know):

When SiteBuilder is turned on for a page with a Gravity Form, and that form has a Radio Button with the option for “Other” turned on, multiple “Others” appear. The problem goes away when the page is converted back to a non-PageBuilder page.

    Hi Health,

Do you have a public URL where we can inspect the form? Did disabling Automatically add Paragraphs help? (this setting is found in the SiteOrigin Editor’s settings below the editor)

If not, can you please enable Content Cache to see if that helps. To do this, please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Content tab. Tick Content Cache and save. If you have a WordPress Cache plugin, please clear it.

    How does that look?

Hi, just had time to get back to you now. Enabling Content Cache then clearing any other caching plugin DOES fix it!
