Bug between Page Builder and my theme

Hi there.

I’ve been using Page Builder for almost 2 years now.

My homepage is highly customized and the designer did it using the Page Builder puglin by Site Origin.I’m using the them Insight by WPZoom.

For the last few days, the welcome picture, just on the top of page posts, isn’t showing on my homepage. My developer tried to fix it and said that there’s a bug on the theme and this is the reason that picture isn’t showing.

If there is anyone who can help me I appreciate.

    Thanks. Did your developer isolate the problem? If they isolated the issue to a theme problem, ideally, theme support would be the best party to attend to the problem.

    The next troubleshooting step I would try is to temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. If you’re caching or optimizing, clear that plugin’s cache before deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins.
