Hello :) I just upgraded the plugin to the latest version and my frontpage broke totally and some sections disappeared. On the preview mode (before publishing) everything seems to be fine but when you publish the page – it brokes. Please fix it ASAP.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Vanchoy,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

Also, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Alex,

I already did all of the things you told me. It happened right after I updated the plugin “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” to version 2.5.15. On the previous version (2.5.14) everything works perfectly. I’m using “Vantage” template. And how I said on the previous message on preview mode everything looks nice and after publishing 1 section is not showing, the icons from “Core Features” are gone, the latest posts are not showing properly on so on. On the landing page I’m using only SiteOrigin plugins. Here is the list with all SiteOrigin plugins I have currently activated:
    – Page Builder by SiteOrigin
    – Livemesh SiteOrigin Widgets
    – SiteOrigin CSS
    – SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
    – Widgets for SiteOrigin

Today I also tried to return a backup that I have before updating the new version of the plugin “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” and everything was working properly. Now, when I saw your response I updated the plugin and everything messed again.

This is the link to the website to take a look – http://mavreet.net

    Here are some images:

    – The first image is the look of the landing page and the others are from “Preview Changes”. So, you can see how it should look like and how it is after publishing.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Vanchoy,

Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Content tab. Please untick Content Cache and save. How doesthat look?

Also, to clarify, what is your site language set to? You can check this by navigating to WP AdminSettingsGeneral.

    Hey Alex,

Thank you for the response. I’m using english as a site language. I did untick the “Content Cache” and everything works perfect so far. Thank you once again. If I find something else I will post it here. Now, I will delete the cache from the website and from the browser to check once again if everything is okay.
