Broken — help

I was updating an individual page with code and I went to refresh the page, approx 5PM yesterday, and then everything was broken across the entire site. I contacted my theme’s support but then realized this morning that the issues are coming from the Page Builder plugin. When will this bug be resolved? I cannot continue working on my site until it is fixed and I absolutely love this plugin, it’s the only plugin that will over-ride my theme’s content size settings for wide images :(

It seems as though it is just the Hero widget that is not working on any of my pages. When will this be fixed?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Wall,

There are no known widespread hero widget issues so we suspect you’re experiencing a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Y’all must have done something/an update over the weekend; it seems fixed now. This could not have been a theme issue, if it worked with my theme previously. It was working for approx. 1 week before breaking. Now over the weekend it’s fixed without me touching anything.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Wallacesig,

Unfortunately, we haven’t released an update to resolve this sort of issue. As a result, it’s quite likely this issue may occur again for you. If it does, please try the above out lined test to see if it helps.
