Please ensure your layout bound is set to boxed by navigating to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsLayout and ensuring the layout bound setting is set to boxed.
Once you’ve confirmed this, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceHome Page and click, Edit as Page.
Scroll down to the and find the Page Settings box on the right and set the Page Layout to Full Width, No Sidebar. Then scroll up to the Page Attribute box and ensure that the template is set to the Default Template and then finally, save the page.
By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Dashboard. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.

thank you for you reply, but its not helpful for me, i make boxed layout successfully and when try to change page settings its not there.
also i dont know e-mail to forward order key.

What version of Vantage Premium are you using? Not sure? Do you have a public URL? I’ll be able to check for you. If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
I suspect you’re using an older version of Vantage Premium which didn’t have page settings. With that said, try scrolling to the top of the page and opening the screen options. Do you see Page Settings in the boxes? If so, enable it and you’ll be able to continue.

I’m using old version maybe 2.4.0, If I update i lose my own code work for this theme :( how can i reslove this problem? i want to update theme but there are a lot of code that i put.

The latest version of Vantage Premium is 2.5.4 so the version you’re using is quite out of date. So if you’ve made direct edits to the core theme files you’ll need to port them over to either a child theme (recommended as you won’t have to do this again) or to the new version. There’s sadly no automatic way to do this and this has to be done manually.
To obtain the latest version of Vantage Premium, please fill out this form.
The js error you showed is, likely at this point, a plugin conflict caused due to recently updated plugins and very old (and outdated plugins). Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

Regardless of all of the above. To work around the version difference to allow you to have a full width homepage, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustom CSS and add the following CSS:
body.responsive #page-wrapper { max-width: none !important; }How does that look?
You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
