Please help someone
I have been trying for hours to get my page builder working again with no luck.
Yesterday it was working fine and i was using it for hours then when i logged back in today the page builder had disappeared from the page editor, I have tried everything i can think of, it shows up in settings and all the widgets are there but it does not show up anywhere else and all my pages are messed up with missing content and everything.
I have bought the premium version and i have a licence key but there is nowhere to add the licence key to activate the premium options like help via email that i badly need.
Please how to i get premium support if i am unable to activate the licence key

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
As you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on Dashboard page. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
To clarify, you can enable SiteOrigin Premium by navigating to WP AdminPremiumSiteOrigin Premium. This step isn’t required to get premium support.
