bottom margin space css not working

I have tried just about everything I can think off but I can’t addjust the bottom margin of my divs.

It is stuck at 30px. I have tried custom css and have tried to do css on the widget.
I have tried !important.

pl-5 .panel-grid-cell .so-panel {
margin-bottom: 30px;
}

TNBWP #6 (line 97)

so I am guessing SiteOrgine page builder has css that loads after my custom css and its forcing 30px margines.

How does a guy fix this.

    Hi Jhinkemeyer,

    You can adjust the row bottom margin on a row by row basis or on a global level.

    Row by Row – Overrides global value
    Please open the row you wish to adjust the bottom margin for by clicking the wrench icon above it. Head over to the row styles sidebar and open the Layout settings group. Adjust the bottom margin.

    Globally
    Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab and adjust the Row/Widget Bottom Margin.
