Bottom Area Not Showing Up

Hi, the plugin used to work fine, but now the bottom area isn’t showing up, so I can no longer select div elements etc. http://prnt.sc/c18c2d

Not sure exactly when this issue started happening, but I did recently switch themes. Maybe that’s it? If so, what can we do because I am staying with this theme.

    Very sorry for the late reply. We work through a prioritized forum queue and unfortunately, it’s taken us some time to get to your thread. I’ve tried to take a look at your website and the image, and neither seems to work. Because it’s been a while since you posted this, would you mind letting us know if you still need help? If so, we’ll jump right in. Ideally, do you have an updated public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
