Bottom Area Not Showing Up

Hi, the plugin used to work fine, but now the bottom area isn’t showing up, so I can no longer select div elements etc. http://prnt.sc/c18c2d Not sure exactly when this issue started happening, but I did recently switch themes. Maybe that’s it? If so, what can we do because I am staying with this theme.…
