After a recent install and configuration of the ‘WP Subscibers’ plugin, I now have a 75px body padding (above the menu) on the default template pages only … that i don’t want. Through ‘inspect element’ in my Chrome browser, this is the css….
body{ font:14px/20px 'Helvetica', Arial, sans-serif; margin:0; padding:75px 0 0 0; text-align:center; -webkit-text-size-adjust:none; }
I want to get rid of the padding but i cannot find this code anywhere in the css style sheet or php files. can you help in directing me to the location of this code or provide the custom css to overcome it??
FYI, I believe the problem has stemmed from a header and footer subscriber box the plugin was supposed to install but it just didn’t configure at all and i guess has caused this problem. By the way, it has also taken away my footer on all pages although I can add widgets to the footer area???
Regards,
Warren
I have now uninstalled the plugin.
Hi Warren62
Sorry we weren’t able to get to this sooner. This is unfortunately one of those problems we’d need to see happening. Everything looks normal now. Does the problem only occur with the plugin in question activated? Can you re-create the problem? Once we can see it happening we’ll be able to rectify.
