Hey there,
we set up a Woocommerce Store using SiteOrigin Nort Theme.
On Safari Browser a blue frame appears around the product description.
I think it has something to do with the accessibility features of Safari.
Is there a possibility to get rid of that frame?
Best regards
YUK
We found one additional issue, I don’t know if that is connected.
When clicking on a product to get to the single product page with Safari the page jumps in the middle of the product description.
With any other Browser the single product page stays on top like it should be.
Any ideas about that?
Hi YUK
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Thanks
Andrew
Hey Andrew,
I installed a testsite to demonstrate the issue because the project is not puiblic yet.
Since the problem does not occur on the test site, it seems to be a plugin problem on my original site.
I will try to find out which plugin or setting is responsible.
regards
YUK
Hi YUK
Thanks for the update. Let us know how it goes.
Cheers

Hey there,
I found out that the plugin “Hash Link Scroll Offset” caused all off these effects.
Best regards
YUK
Hi, thanks for the update. You can perhaps try leaving Hash Link activated and deactivating the SiteOrigin North smooth scrolling at AppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsNavigation.
Thank you. I’m not really sure anymore if I need the Hash Offset Plugin ;)
The plugin also seemed to cause the blue Frame on Safari so I will search for another solution.
Thank you anyway!
Please, let us know how you were using the plugin and we’ll do our best to assist.
What I meant is I will continue using North Theme (whisch is really great) but not the Plugin Hash Offset.
Everthing seems to be working fine now ;)
Thank you for your Support
Sounds like a plan! Thanks for the update.
Cheers for now :)
Andrew
