Blog thumbnails not all the same size

I am using the Vantage Theme on Hostgator and was quite happy with the theme. I had set up some post to create my slider and blog page and it was working perfectly. Once I purchased the premium upgrade, the new thumbnail image is no longer the same size as the other images in the blog or slider. I have tried various images and have the same issue. The only images that remain the same size the the original ones I uploaded for the blog – should I replace these or is there a fix?

    Thanks for your support. Sorry to hear about the hassle. This isn’t something I’ve seen happen on upgrade before. I think let’s start out by installing and running:
