Hello,
I’m starting up a blog, and I wanted the layout of the home page to be something like this:

I want the two most recent posts at the top, and, as newer posts are created, to go down to where post 3 is.

Is it possible to create this kind of layout with PageBuilder?

    This is possible with SiteOrigin Page Builder, but depending on the theme you’re using you may need to use CSS to accomplish this.

    What theme are you using?
