I have enabled metadata and date under Appearance but it is still not showing, please help.

You have a Custom CSS plugin installed and have the following rule in that plugin:
.entry-meta { display:none; }Removing the above rule will resolve the challenge.

Hi :) Are you deploying the button widget a way that’s different to just inserting into Page Builder? Are you using it via a plugin called amr? That appears to be where the list bullet issue is arising from.
You can try adding the following to Appearance > Custom CSS to hotfix:
.csRow li { list-style-type: none !important; }
