Blank site after update of Vantage Premium

I am managing a site and I updated vantage premium theme and now the site is blank.
http://mces.sd58.bc.ca/

I tried disabling all non siteOrigin plugins and that didn’t seem to help.

I wondering what I need to do to get the site back up.
