Hi all,
i know there are a lot of threads already on how to img hover.
but i couldnt find any proper soultion for my scenrio.
i have some proifle images from my band and what i want now is that the image src changes on hovering.
similar to this demo here: http://alex.siteorigin.net/change-image-on-hover/
now i created a new page in my WP area, and used the “image” element from page builder.
i added my special CSS class to this image and also have created the specific :hover class for it.
but it seems, that the img source does not get changed – because the srcset attribute has no clue of my hover image (does this make sense at all?).
thanks for help on this
best regards
M
Hi GreenLion
I’d like to help you with this, but unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums. There is a fair amount of custom work involved.
We do offer this level of support to our premium users, so if you’d like to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then I can help you over email support.
If you’d prefer not to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then you can hire a WordPress developer from Codeable. They’ll charge you an hourly rate for any work done.
Hi Alex,
thanks anyway for your reply on my request.
meanwhile, i found it out byself.
its pretty simple – but you just have to know :)
set a IconId in the settings of the feature element.
then relay on this ID and create a Hover CSS class.
Maybe you have to create a selector for the partent in CSS to get it to work proper.
