Black studio visual editor does not work in theme’s footer widget.

Visual editor does not work in footer widget but works just fine in other areas of website (pages posts, etc).

Trying insert visual editor it via Customize->Widgets->Footer causes an error.
It works if I try to insert it via Appereance->Widgets.

    Unfortunately a known core bug. It should be resolved when WordPress 4.2 rolls around:
