I am on a localhost, so unfortunately I can’t give you a link.
I am trying to do a grid that is left aligned so a background image can be seen clearly on the right.
In order to do this, I have formatted my rows at 32.5%/32.5%/35%. I want Cell 3 to be transparent and I want Cell 2 to have a “background: rgba(204, 204, 204, 0.2);” (Cell 1 is an image). I need the text in Cell 2 to be vertically aligned in the center.
I have tried:
1. Setting the cell backgrounds individually in the Row editor – no effect
2. Setting the overall row to “background: rgba(204, 204, 204, 0.2);” and Cell 3 as “background: transparent” – Cell 3 still shows up as “background: rgba(204, 204, 204, 0.2);” AND the row background as transparent, with Cell 2 as “background: rgba(204, 204, 204, 0.2);” – this has no effect on the actual cells
3. Setting the background of the widget at “background: rgba(204, 204, 204, 0.2);” – However, this only shows up as a small chunk of grey and is not stretched the whole row. If I use the “Vertical Alignment: stretch” option, it vertically aligns the text/widget to the top.

Just to confirm, by transparent, what do you expect to see? The page background?
1. What do you mean by no effect? As in, no cells have any backgrounds whatsoever? I ask as this is the route I would recommend taking so I’m not too sure why it didn’t work for you.
2. This makes sense – the cell is on top of the row so if the row has a background color and the cell doesn’t, you’ll see the row background color.
3. This also makes sense as the widget isn’t always the exact same size of the cell.
